Attorney Arif Hikmet ŞAFAK, a graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Law, is a founding partner of our law firm. While his primary expertise is in criminal and enforcement law, he also has experience in custody, divorce, and information technology law. He is currently continuing his academic education in the field of information technology law at Istanbul Medeniyet University’s Institute of Social Sciences.

Short Resume
Av. Arif Hikmet Şafak was born in Hatay. He is a graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Law. He attended high school at Simav Anatolian Teacher High School in the Simav district of Kütahya, where he focused on foreign languages.
During his years at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Law, Av. Arif Hikmet Şafak participated in various social activities. He attended many legal events and symposiums during his university years, taking on significant roles in some of them. Furthermore, from his very first day at the faculty, he was closely associated with various law firms, gaining professional experience.
Currently continuing his postgraduate education in Information Technology Law, Av. Arif Hikmet Şafak has been writing articles in the areas of work of Şafak Law and Consultancy Office since the early days of his legal career.
His personal expertise lies in information technology, criminal, and enforcement law. Av. Arif Hikmet Şafak is married with two children. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of proficiency in Arabic.
Based in Istanbul, he, along with his experienced team, operates in many provinces of Turkey, conducting litigation, enforcement tracking, and consultancy activities in various fields of law.
